Pay off ID Mobile Debt


Hi

 

Due to COVID-19 and being out of work, I was unable to pay off my bills and it resulted in a default being applied to my credit file. Now that my financial situation has improved I am able to start making payments. I contacted LiveChat who were not helpful in arranging this so I am trying here to see if I can talk to someone who works at ID Mobile and set up a payment plan to pay off the balance.

Have you received any letters from a debt collection agency ?

As you would need to contact them if you would like to set up a payment plan.

Hi I believe I did but I lost the letter so don’t know which company it is with, I have tried ringing the common ones that you use but to no avail. I have raised a complaint with ID Mobile and am hoping for a response.
