Ok here goes I have not used my sim card and have not registered it I owe £10 monthly charge 

I cant get on anything to make a payment 

I dont have a 4 digit pin 

I dont have the sim card for them to text me a security number I have a demand for payment after I cancelled a direct debit after realising this had gone on for over a year 

I thought the account was cancelled 

I just need to pay the £10

Once you have reached your minimum term period then you will need to get in touch with us to cancel the plan as per the terms and conditions; cancelling your Direct Debit will leave the plan open without paying the bills.

We’ll send you a private message on here so that we can verify your details and check the status of your account.
