My phone bill should be £36.99 per month. There is no additional costs on my most recent invoice, yet I’ve been charge over £44.00. Why is this.

Hi @Jack Coupar, either you’ve incurred an additional charge somewhere that’s not showing up on your bill for some reason, or, more likely, you’ve recently changed your Direct Debit date.

Does your bill show the period that it covers? If it’s more than 30 days, then you have your answer.

If you’re still none the wiser, I’d recommend speaking to the FacebookTwitter or Live Chat teams so they can take a look at your account.
