Phone broken, need to log in to account online but can't receive security pin

Hi ID, 

My phone is currently broken and this has happened at a time that I am due an upgrade. However, I am unable to access my ID account or log in online to select an upgrade as I have forgotten my password. I can’t receive the pin to re-set my password since I can’t access my phone. Please can you help me to access my account. Many thanks.

The customer service agents normally work until 8pm on weekdays.

You can also upgrade your iD plan in-store in a Currys or Carphone Warehouse - there’s more about the process in the community FAQ “Pay monthly upgrades: Everything you need to know”.
