Phone has this morning stopped receiving calls or texts.
It can make outgoing calls and send messages.
It can also receive calls over whatsapp etc.
The phone is fully updated, and the sim has been with iD for a little under a year.

My phone is doing exactly the same today, did you solve it? I've had my sim for a year and been with id for 3 years. Removed sim card, powered phone off and on but no joy.

We are sorry to hear this. There was an unplanned outage on 16/01/21 which had caused the SMS issue. This has been resolved now so you should be able to send/receive text messages. Feel free to message us if you are still unable to send/receive SMS.

This last week both myself and my daughter are not receiving all our phone calls and texts. People try phoning us and most of the time it doesn't connect. Also I get cut off a lot in the middle of a call!Â

Can you try switching from 4G to 3G to see if this helps?Â
Turning your phone off and back on again can also help.Â
