Hello, don’t know if this will do anything but I don’t seem to have any other option.
I have just ordered an S21 Ultra and have received a follow up email to say it is out of stock. If I don’t want to wait I can apparently “contact us” but I can’t access the live chat feature as I don’t yet have a mobile number or an iD Mobile customer service pin.
I don’t mind waiting if it’s a reasonable wait, but I just want to check that the contract won’t start or be paid for until the phone is dispatched.
Any idea how I can communicate with ID to find this out and cancel if the wait will be too long?
