Placed an upgrade but i don't have access to the email

Hi,

 

I placed an upgrade order but the account is registered to and old work email address i don’t have access to anymore. The upfront cost has been taken out of my account but conscious I won’t get delivered updates. Is there anyway these can be sent by text or to another email? I tried to speak to someone on livechat but keep just getting the chat bot.

Are you able to log into the iD App? If so, Please can you check to see if you are able to change the email address in the Settings?

Hi, I've changed that after I've ordered it. Will I get any updates to that email now?

Yes @lucyrr 

That email address should be updated now. Double-check your spam/junk folder too. If you are still not receiving any emails, please contact our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network who will be able to look into this further. I have tested the Live Chat app and can confirm after seeing the chat BOT I was able to get through to an advisor. Once you entered your name, mobile number, and reason for the chat, you will be transferred to the iD chatbot, at this point just type in the word ‘Agent’ or ‘Human’ and you will get put through to an advisor who can assist you.
