My partner has lost his phone and SIM and has no other way of contacting you.

My partner has since found his phone.  Responding after 5 days with no other way of contacting you (nobody available by telephone as on constant loop of automated options and no live chat).  This is unacceptable.  I have been honest and said it was my partner who lost his phone.  I had signed him up to ID Mobile but will be looking change this.
