I can't request a stac through the app and can't access the leave ID FAQ through here, please direct message me

Can you advise if you have followed the steps below:

  • Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online
  • Go to My Account > Manage my plan > Thinking of leaving > Switch or Cancel Now
