poor signal

Very poor signal when using phone at home, indoors or outdoors. I can hear the person I’m calling but but they can’t hear me or signal breaks up. Have checked coverage in my area (BH11 8AQ) and it says good.

Is your handset is supported by iD Mobile for Wi-Fi Calling?

See the compatible device list for supported handsets.

If it’s listed, you might solve your issue at home.

I rely on the iD Wi-Fi Calling service at home as I’m in a mobile network not-spot.
