Porting in problem

Hi, I submitted my PAC to join ID, the relevantmobile numbers and transaction number, but received a text saying one was incorrect. I then registered online and tried again with the PAC and mobile numbers, but still get a message saying error. The submitted numbers are correct. Can you help please? Thanks.

Is the PAC number correct?

You cannot re-submit a PAC once it has already been submitted.

 

I ported in a number today and did what you did yesterday although I didn’t get any text informing me of any issues. Then again, I didn’t get any texts telling me everything went ok either.

 

Anyway, you will need to speak to customer services and they will be able to put the request in again. https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support

Thank you WP. The numbers were correct, so not sure why the error messages came up. I’ve been in touch via live chat and was advised that the port is going ahead tomorrow after all. I’ll mark this query as solved once confirmed.
