The website/app is telling me that my number will be ported to ID tomorrow but I’ve received text messages telling me that that you have “run into an issue. - the ID mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect” (I’ve re-entered the details correctly)
Is the porting going to happen or not? Who can I contact? There aren’t any numbers to call Customer Service and the bot chat is a waste of time in this instance.
