premium messages not sending

Hi

 

I can’t send a message to the above. Cap is set at £5 and have enough of an allowance, premium set to on. Using iPhone 12, so no settings within phone. Any ideas?

Hi @gezitsme,

 

Have you successfully sent or received any messages from that number? Just wondering if so, the £5 cap you set may have already been used, which is preventing further messages.

 

Also, have you tried doing it with iMessage disabled?

It’s a 15p number and I have loads of my cap left. I didn’t try disabling iMessage but shouldn’t have to really. I used a work phone and had no issues, so it’s an issue with the network I guess.

I’ll give that a go next time. Seems a poor workaround for something you may need to do now and again, but I’ll try.

Even if it’s a work around, it will also give us clues as to the bigger issue causing the matter so that we can address that you see.
