Problem with ID account(s)

I have a problem…

I did have an ID SIM (1 month rolling) in Jan. I then cancelled that and opened a new one (12 month) shortly after (this was all to do with getting right phone number on right card).

 

Now my online login account tells me I have limited access because I left in Jan. No mention of the new phone number which I contracted to afterwards.

 

I need access to the new number account online.

 

What should I do?

Hi @ianhunterpersonal,

 

To set up an account with the new number, you’ll need to sign up again using a different email address to that used of the deal you returned.
