Proof of purchase for iPhone
I am trying to get proof of purchase for my iPhone so that I can submit an insurance claim. I asked for it via Instant Chat on Wednesday (lunchtime) and was told it would take 24 - 48 hours. I still haven't received it. I rang the customer services yesterday but they couldn't help me, although they promised to send an email to the agent who corresponded with me on Wednesday. Is there anything else I can do except wait? The phone screen is quite badly damaged and I really need to get it sorted. Thanks.

If your insurance is with Geek Squad UK/Team KnowHow (Carphone Warehouse owned) then you won't need a proof of purchase as they can locate your claim from there.
Have you checked your Spam/junk folders to see if it's been filtered into there?
