Hi,

I'm looking to change from Giffgaff to a new network that can offer unlimited Internet.

The £18/£20 bundle says it has unlimited Internet, I've read all of the pages and can't seem to find the answer.

I use a fair amount of Internet while out, can I ask, is the speed of the 4g slowed after an amount, with Giffgaff it is slowed to 386kb after 80gb of 4g.

Thanks,

James

Hello @James94,

From what I’m aware, we do not have a fair usage policy to limit speeds on our plans after a high amount of usage.

We use Three UK’s network infrastructure if that helps.

But again, no knowledge of this.

Texts I believe have a 50,000 limit (I believe)

Minutes will be a considerably high amount too.

Data always shows as unlimited.

EDIT: The only fair usage policy in place is for inclusive EU Roaming: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/eu-roaming/fair-usage-policy

Hello @Kickitdanb,

As above, there’s no usage policy on UK usage.

So unlimited should be unlimited with no charges.

The above mainly applies to international.

If your usage will only be in the UK then unlimited = unlimited :)
