question regarding retain my phone number and unlimited call plans

Two questions please

1. If I switched to ID mobile. Can I retain exactly the same phone number of my previous sim or it will be different in the first two numbers.

 

2. Regarding unlimited call plans. Does it mean unlimited and free calls just to ID mobile network or to any UK network?

Hello @Shadi Mahmoud,

  1. If you are moving from another UK mobile network you can keep your number buy requesting a PAC code from your current service provider.
  2. I think the unlimited applies to any mobile network in the UK.

Hi @Shadi Mahmoud , as @andewhite has advised, you can port your number over to us by getting a PAC code from your current provider.

Our unlimited calls are unlimited to all non chargeable calls (eg. premium numbers like 0845 numbers).
