Radio competition 82122 number

Not able to enter a radio competition. Was able to enter the competitions with old phone and today I received the error 28code. Just want to know how I fix it please. Thanks

Hi Daisy, we'll take look into this for you.
You'll need to make sure your account cap is high enough to allow for the charge of sending the message.
Can you also just confirm you were still using your iD SIM with the old phone or was this with a different network?

You can check your cap using the iD app or at http://my.idmobile.co.uk
You can also change the cap there if required to permit the charges for the text.
