My contract ended on the 21st April and I cancelled my direct debit. I have received an email and a final demand letter saying I have 7 days to pay. I have called to pay and it says my account is clear. I don't want to get a default notice and don't know if I do owe or not. I can't find anywhere I can speak with a real person. Is there anyone here from customer services that can check please.
