Received a final demand bill, but wont let me pay

My contract ended on the 21st April and I cancelled my direct debit.  I have received an email and a final demand letter saying I have 7 days to pay.   I have called to pay and it says my account is clear.  I don't want to get a default notice and don't know if I do owe or not.  I can't find anywhere I can speak with a real person.   Is there anyone here from customer services that can check please.

Hi @LynneC 

We would advise speaking with our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network team who will look into this for you. I have tested the Live Chat app and can confirm after seeing the chat BOT I was able to get through to an advisor. Once you entered your name, mobile number, and reason for the chat, you will be transferred to the iD chatbot, at this point just type in the word ‘Agent’ or ‘Human’ and you will get put through to an advisor who can assist you.
