Refer a friend scam+

Having referred a friend 6 months ago I am still waiting for £30 credit on my account.

I have wasted numerous hours in the endless circle of chat bots, one time I did get through to an agent who promised a credit would appear on my account, alas it was an empty promise.

Next stage is to reach out to my 14,500 followers on Linked-In to spread the word of the poor service, and then Instagram followed by facebook until the company fulfils its obligation.

Its not the £30 that matters, it is the principle.

Hi @Chris Perry,

I would advise contacting the Live Chat Team to check on this.

When was the credit promised?

Kash

After a conversation with customer service they promised to send an email

They also said a £30 credit would be added to my account.

Neither of which occurred.

This process is taking too long, no customer service call.

I have given up all hope, I won't recommend ID to anybody and will be changing my account.

To add further disappointment with ID the phone I had was faulty, the local Curries store could not fix it and recommended a complicated procedure using Motorola repair service.

I sold the phone and have bought my self a more reliable phone

Again IDs shocking service comes to the fore.
