reference number - tracking my order

I ordered a phone to replace my current phone on Tuesday 24th. It was supposed to arrive next day. I wasn't given a reference number so can't find out what has happened. Everytime I call customer care I cant get past the automated parts to speak to someone. It's incredibly frustrating. I just want to speak to someone PLEASE
