Registered new contract with wrong mail address


I have been with ID for about 4 months and have just transferred my wifes phone over but (because I pay the bill) I added it with my email address.  Now I can’t get to her usage \ management etc because it’s only showing my phone on the portal.  How can I get it changed?

Okay @CraigHummer, at iD Mobile you can only have one plan per iD account.

If you registered an iD online account for your plan, you can’t add your wife’s plan to that account.

Your wife will need a separate iD online account - anyway good luck. 

Do you know how I can change it to her own email address?  I can’t find a number to speak to someone to sort it.

Unfortunately, you can’t change the email address used to register an iD account.

I’m a bit confused about the email addresses used here - you’ve got an iD My Account online, and you sign-in with your email address - right?

Hi @CraigHummer, it sounds like you may have just used your email address for the order, is that right?

Could you try to actually register your wife’s number here?
