Replace my mother's sim

My 83 year old mother has lost her phone. I have bought a new phone but I want a replacement sim. Telephone help line said because I was not the account holder I would have to take her into shop to get new sim. NO What do I do?

I would recommend you to use "Live Chat" feature instead. You can chat with an agent by text and they will ask few details to verify your mothers account so it will be easier if she can be next to you in the same room to answer these questions and you can just type them on the keyboard for her. After this verification is done they will process sim replacement for your mum.
