Replacement SIM

I need a replacement SIM for the one I damaged when I tried to change phones. Do I have to pay for a new one? Can I just get a new one with the same number? I’ve tried “Live Chat” but the Bot always has to pass me to an agent. The agents are always busy.

It is all sorted now thanks.

Here’s how I did it:

Go in through the wrong “Chat” option, ie one where you are likely to get seen quickly - for example, “I want an upgrade”. Then the agent just transfers you to the agent you need.

 

This might have just been lucky but it worked first time after 10 unsuccessful attempts.
