Replacement SIM activated but no service

I lost my phone and so my sim too, reported it as lost, blocked the sim and ordered a replacement sim.

I activated it yesterday, and unblocked the sim again.

Its been about 36 hours but still shows no service.

I’ve tried connecting to the network manually through the settings, but that also doesn’t work.

Hello @seema70,

If a SIM card was reported as lost/stolen a suspension would be applied, hence why no service still.

I’ll PM you so we can lift this for you.
