I would hope somebody could help me with this one, as I’m unable to Live Chat with a real person. Activated replacement sim on Monday, status changed to active in account settings. I’ve since periodically attempted to place the sim between different handsets, all recognising the sim as “ID” however displaying no network.
To trouble shoot I’ve ensured the sim is clean
I’ve rechecked the correct sim was activated
I’ve attempted in alternate location (Although my home has coverage previously)
This has seriously impacted on my work and ability to communicate with clients now. If anyone from ID can spot this and help that would be fantastic.
