Replacement SIM not working

replacement sim still not working after activating...tried all the suggestions flight mode...restart...different phone….nothing ….what next

I’m sorry to hear that.

Which phone are you using the replacement SIM in? Is the phone a minimum of 3G?

Can you confirm if the original SIM was reported as lost/stolen? If so, you may still have a suspension on the account preventing usage, hence the SIM not working.
