I broke my phone and damaged my sim putting it in the new phone. I’ve tried to get onto my ID mobile account but can’t remember my password 🙈. When I request to change my password ID mobile keep sending me a code to the phone I can’t use. Tried chat but the length of time waiting is 40+ mins. Ive has to buy a gift gaff sim in the meanwhile. How on earth can I request a replacement sim - please help!
