replacement simnot working after been activated

phone stolen blocked both sim and phone ordered replacement received 24 Feb activated same day still showing emergency calls only

Hi @Kathryn61 

We are sorry to hear this. Have you tried activating your sim through the iD app? You can this by doing the following:

  • Logging in to the app or online account. 
  •  Going to the 'My Services' page 
  • Clicking 'Activate my SIM'
  • Scanning your SIM card barcode or entering the 19-digit number printed on the SIM cardholder*

Once you click 'Activate your SIM', the new SIM will be activated within a few hours.

Yes I have done all that tried doing live chat but it wouldn't launch I'm asking what do i do next because I'm paying for a service I'm not getting
