Whilst on holiday earlier this year I had my phone stolen. My travel insurance company are requesting written proof that I reported the theft to my service provider and asked for the phone to be disabled. How do I go about this please?

Hello @MAD JACK,

I’m sorry to hear your phone has been blacklisted.

We can issue a proof of blacklisting as well as blacklist the handset for you.

The quickest way to get this resolved is by messaging us on Social Media.

Can you PM us on Facebook on: https://www.facebook.com/idmobileuk/

Or

You can tweet us at @iD_Mobile_UK

If you don’t have social media, that’s not a problem.

You can get in touch on communitysupport@idmobile.co.uk but it may take a little longer to get a response.
