Whilst on holiday earlier this year I had my phone stolen. My travel insurance company are requesting written proof that I reported the theft to my service provider and asked for the phone to be disabled. How do I go about this please?

I’m sorry to hear your phone has been blacklisted.
We can issue a proof of blacklisting as well as blacklist the handset for you.
