Requested PAC From ID Mobile, Is The Exact Same As Ome Received From GiffGaff

I am trying to port my number to a new network provider and I am receiving an invalid PAC (the exact same from the old provider to move to ID) when using the ID Mobile app and the SMS service. I need to move ASAP BEFORE I lose my number - #PleaseHelp
