Return my upgrade mobile

Hi I’ve just got a upgrade and want to return and cancel upgrade my previous contract should have ended on 20th January 21 but my new contract started on 10th January so I’m in the 14 day returns policy just tried ringing id and just on phone for ages and never get through to talk to someone? Many Thanks in advance
