Have you tried logging into your iD app and doing a Plan change from there?

So you currently have a SIM-only plan? If so, you should see all available offers through the app/account when viewing your upgrade options; you may need to choose to view SIM-only plans if that shows.
Feel free to send us screenshots of your app/account so we can see what is going wrong.
