Hello I have been waiting for my security code but it does not arrive. I have seen previous messages will similar issues but these were dating back to July. Is this an ongoing issue still? And if so when would it be expected to be resolved?
I am not trying to do anything to my account but it would be nice to be able to access it.

Sorry to hear that.
These issues were when we had a system wide issue with delivering the codes but should have been fixed.
Security codes are texted to the iD SIM card if you’re trying to get back into your account.
To clarify, do you mean codes from iD Mobile when resetting passwords etc?
Or do you mean codes from companies like Banks, Paypal etc? (better known as OTPs)
