How do I send the STAC code from my previous supplier to iDMobile using the auto switch facility online if I do not have the transaction code that came with the SIM card receipt? Have tried using Live Chat but going round in circles!

No transaction number in emails and I don't have the receipt. I have an account number. Am I able to use this? I just want to send you my STAC.
