Why will my iphone 5S not let me send a photograph attached to a text message even at home? Is it the limit of ID mobile coverage? Or my internet provider (TalkTalk)? or the phone?

Hello @Kenneth,

MMS messages are not included in your allowances.

It costs 30p per message to send.

You’ll need to make sure that:

MMS is turned on in the Settings of the handset (usually Message settings).

Your Spend cap is raised to allow the charge

You have the correct APN Settings in the device settings to allow the MMS to send

You’re connected to Mobile Data as you can’t send MMS messages over WiFi.

Let us know how you get on or if you need any further help.

Mohammed
