Hi I upgraded my plan yesterday but today I've got no coverage is this normal I've rang I'd mobile all morning but noone answered

Hi @MrsT,

 

Was this a SIM only upgrade,or did you receive a new handset? If it was the latter, did it arrive with a new SIM card?

 

Is it all services that have stopped, or is it just a weaker signal?

Thanks it was the latter and new SIM came with it and worked. They never said this in the phone when I ordered it. Thanks again
