I am being billed for two sim only cards as both contracts expired I desperately need to talk to someone as you have sent my details to a debt collector when i am paying direct debit this is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous 😡

Once your contracts have come to an end you would need t request a PAC code to move your numbers to a new network or a 30 day disconnection would need to be requested.
