Is the iPhone you're using specifically asking you for a "PUK code"? If so, please contact our Social Media Team

or our Customer Services Team on https://tel:+443330037777 and they will be able to provide that to unlock the SIM.
If it's not asking for a PUK, then it could be that the iPhone you're using is already locked to another network. To have that unlocked, you would need to speak to that network directly for whoever it was locked to. So for instance, if it used to be used with EE, then you will need EE to provide the unlock code for that iPhone before it could accept any other SIM's from other networks.
If you ever had an iPhone that was locked to ID for instance, our Customer Services Teams can get an unlock code for the phone providing it's been used with us for over 6 months and the bills are paid and up to date etc.
