I have upgraded. Have put new SIM in and gone online to activate. The SIM card holder was accidentially trhrown away yesterday. The number on the back of the SIM in not recognised when I type it in. So i now have old SIM in new phone - which is working fine.
What can I do??

Hi @vikkin.

It is not required of you to put new SIM and activate it. It is just recommended if you need different size or your old is to warn off. You can use your old SIM as long as it works. It is what I have done when I had my upgrade. I just left my old SIM in the phone and never activated the new one.

Kind Regards

Hi vikkin, as Hikari has stated, it's not essential that you swap your SIM but we would recommend it.

If you access your account via our app or website, you may be prompted to confirm you've received a new SIM which would complete the swap.
Alternatively, if you can try at https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/sim-swap , you'll find the SIM number printed on the actual SIM card.

Any issues with this please email for help.
