My phone keeps telling me I have no Sim card. I have one but continually have to go to Sim Card Manager to resolve it.

How can I stop it doing this?

Hi @Lynfa, sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your SIM card. There’s a good article here with a number of troubleshooting tips for this very issue. Could you give these a shot and see if they work for you?

The article is written with Android users in mind, but the fixes could also apply to iPhone users in most cases

Hi I recently got an iPhone 6s off of a friend however I can’t put my SIM card in it because when I do it says SIM card not supported. I’m guessing it can’t be my SIM card because I recently got that unlocked for another phone. When I put the SIM card in the phone also says the phone could be locked to it’s carrier and I remember my friend saying she got it from ID so I was wondering if you could unlock it for me

Hi @Richardfdo, we’d need to speak to your friend directly, as the phone will be tied to her iD Mobile account. She can get in touch via the Live Chat on our website.

Thank you,

Rory
