hi i am on I D mobile and have been for a few years, i have upgraded a to another package, and been sent a new sim card, my phone is working perfectly, do i need to change and activate the sim or will this be done automatically on my old sim in the phone, and my bill upgraded.

Hi @Rafferty01 

You can carry on using your existing sim card as the upgraded tariff will be updated on your iD App and the sim. Feel free to dispose of the new simcard.
