Sim card replacement

I ordered a sim card but gave an incorrect address which I now can't access. I need to get a replacement sim but can't get hold of anyone on live chat, help or on the phone. I have the order number and direct debit already active, but can't use the number yet without a new sim card. Help appreciated.
