Samsung a12 arrived today. Not familiar with putting the SIM card in. Managed to get the drawer open but didn’t know it was a nano sim card. No instructions available. Tried putting the normal sim card in and it has got stuck. Impossible to retrieve. What do i do now? Please help. Please call!!!!!!
