SIM card suddenly not working

I have been with iD mobile for about 6 months now and up until 2 or 3 months ago my SIM was working fine. Could send texts, make calls and use data. 

My SIM was suspended as I was unable to make any payments but now that I've caught up on my payments again and paid for the SIM as usual, it was supposed to be back in service but I still have no use out of it.

I can't make any calls or texts, and I can't connect to the Internet with data. Whenever I try to send a text I get an error 28. 

How can I fix this? I've already tried restarting the phone, removing the card and putting it back in again. Nothing has worked so far.
