Hi
I have put my SIM into a new phone (same model as before, old one's screen was smashed), and it is asking me for a SIM password. How do I get hold of this - I've tried 0000 and 1234, but no joy.

Could you let us know what the specific message is word for word that you're phone is displaying?
Could it potentially be that the phone you're using the ID SIM in now is locked already to another network? In which case, you may need to contact that old network to have them unlock the phone.
If the phone is specifically asking you for a "PUK", we can provide that for you.
We'd recommend giving our Social Media Team a message to give them a few details and get that quickly :
