SIM is locked...again, asking for PUK code....again

Hello, I am quickly getting the impression that although this company offer good deals they are in no rush to help you with your queries, does anyone on here know how ..we put in the PUK code they gave us, it then asks for a passcode, which they gave us however is incorrect.

Hi Trevor,

I feel that we may have spoken to you via Social Media regarding this issue. As the PUK codes haven't worked, then the next place to look at would be the settings of the phone as sometimes if a SIM PIN has been set up on the device, this would lock the SIM in some instances.

The next step would be to issue you with a replacement SIM card. Let us know how it goes.
