Hello. My husband has an ID Mobile Sim card (as do I). We thought he had lost his phone so reported it stolen and the SIM was locked. Some months later he found the phone. We want to get the SIM unlocked so he can continue to use it. I have tried to call, but the service centre is closed. I can provide phone number, and other details. Please can someone PM me about how to resolve this. He has never registered for an account which is why I an writing :)

Just to confirm, is the contract purchase in your name or his?
We can only speak to the named account holder so if it’s in his name, he’ll need to make a post here (or reply to this thread) and we will pick this up with him directly.
If you’re the account holder, we can certainly PM you to sort this.
