Sim not arrived

I have ordered a pay monthly sim on Jan 12th (9 days ago) and still have not received it. I expected there to be some delays due to the weather late last week so assumed it would arrived in the early half of this week and it has yet to arrive. I dont know if it has gone missing in the post.
