I recommended idmobile to my partner who ordered a sim only 1 week ago, she has been charged but not received her sim, she cannot contact you on idcommunity as no number sent. No direct contact is possible with ID mobile. Not a great introduction. Please advise on a way forward or she will have to cancel her DD and get a refund.

We are sorry to hear your partner has still not received her sim card as of yet. If you can get your partner to message us on Community, we can send her a Private Message and look into this for her.
